Introduction on the phone
Since Grab is a B2C client with a dedicated phone number, when we receive incoming phone calls from a Grab customer, we can answer the phone as below:
"Thank you for calling GrabStays, powered by Nuitée. This is [your name], can I please take your Booking ID?"
During the start of the call, the Grab customer/guest hears an IVR that reflects part of the above, making them aware that they have called through to GrabStays which is powered by Nuitée.
Expected release by country
After Singapore, the hotel booking functionality of Grab is expected to then be released across the below countries, in the following order:
- Malaysia
- Indonesia
- Thailand
- Vietnam
